This stunning detached 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom country villa overlooks the beautiful Molino de Enmedio and El Castellar with the pine forests edging the river valley of the Rio Mula.

In addition to all of this, there is a log-burning stove for the cold periods, individual heat sources in the runs, a “doggie shower” and music system.

Each residential bay includes thermostaticallycontrolled under floor heating in the raised beds.

It also boasts its own individual patio run of over 6m.

There are several large exercise zones/playgrounds in front of the kennels, all enjoying the fabulous valley views and the peace and quiet afforded by the location. The purpose-built kennels are housed within an original barn of 50m length. They occupy an area of

20.0 x 5.6m and comprise 10 individual pens ranging in size from

1.95 x 1.66m for the smaller dogs and gradually increasing to 3.61 x

1.70m for the larger animals.

There is also a large overspill room with six large pens and a big outside patio

There is an office reception area (2.96 x 4.65m) with full phone and internet connection, and to the rear of this a food preparation area, wash and store room (4.56 x 1.88m)

There is a toilet and washroom (that is awaiting the installation of a shower)
